Mentorship Program
The N The Meantime Life Skills & Mentorship Program is a transformative virtual experience designed for first- and second-generation college-bound or career ready young people ages 14–24 from underserved and under-resourced communities.
This initiative was created to bridge the gap between potential and opportunity. This program offers more than motivation — it provides practical tools, consistent mentorship and intentional guidance to help young people confidently navigate education, career pathways and adulthood.
Through interactive online workshops, small cohort learning, in person trips and personal mentorship, participants gain essential life skills that are often overlooked but critically needed for long-term success.
What Makes This Program Unique
Small, supportive cohorts (limited to 20 mentees)
Age-appropriate instruction for teens and young adults
Real-world life skills not taught in traditional classrooms
Mentorship rooted in accountability, confidence, and growth
Unlimited access to Winter 2026 online workshops with membership
Program Structure: Participants are placed into one of two cohorts:
Group A: Ages 14–18 - This cohort focuses on building a strong foundation for high school success and college preparation, including:
Academic confidence and goal setting
Communication and leadership development
College exploration and preparation
Self-awareness and decision-making skills
Financial literacy and budgeting
Group B: Ages 19–24 - This cohort supports young adults navigating college and early career stages, focusing on:
College, Trade persistence and career clarity
Financial literacy and budgeting
Professional development and workplace readiness
Life planning and independence skills
Membership & Workshop Access - Participation requires a non-refundable membership fee 0f $75.00
